We conduct game promotions and giveaways, including Twitch.TV, other platform streams, or broadcasts. These promotions are not endorsed by Twitch.TV. Participants must meet the specific criteria outlined in this section.

• (19.4) DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA: We reserve the right to disqualify entries or participants who violate the contest rules, engage in fraudulent behavior, or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the giveaway.
• (19.5) MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason.
• (19.6) DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the State of Florida in the United States of America, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Pinellas County Florida. By entering the giveaway you grant us the right to share your Gaming name or “Nick” only if you win. • (19.8) LIMITATION of LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless SixaraTM Gaming and Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
• (19.9) WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within about 7 days after the Promotion Period by SixaraTM Gaming and Media or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

• (19.10) WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately within 7 days after the random drawing. Potential Winners must accept a prize by email as directed by SixaraTM Gaming and Media within 7 days of notification. SixaraTM Gaming and Media is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

  Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture and at the discretion of SixaraTM Gaming and Media the giveaway will be restarted to find a new winner.

  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

No use or reproduction of voiceover tracks, clips, or recordings created by Jason Randle (SixaraTM) is allowed without explicit permission.

Any tips, donations, or contributions made to SixaraTM Gaming and Media are voluntary and non-refundable. SixaraTM Gaming and Media reserves the right to accept or reject any donation or tip at its discretion. Donors and contributors acknowledge that tips and donations do not entitle them to any goods, services, or privileges beyond those explicitly offered by SixaraTM Gaming and Media. SixaraTM Gaming and Media shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the acceptance or use of tips and donations.
